LEADERSHIP
SUPER SKILLS
FOR LIFE
Make no mistake about it, our Super Skills program is about far more than teaching kids how to play basketball. Parents, don’t miss out on this opportunity to arm your kids with the skills they need to navigate our ever-changing world at our Super Skills for Life Program. Led by Super Skills Co-Director Katie Batlin, each session presents a powerful structure that promises to make a huge impact on each participant.
There are two versions of our Super Skills for Life Program. The ELEMENTARY version is for 6–11 year olds, and the ADOLESCENT version is for 12–18 year olds. The sessions are structured with special presentations, role playing, group and individual activities, and homework. Participants also receive a note book to use in the sessions and to take home for practicing skills with the support of parents.
“Super Skills taught me a lot about basketball, how to work at the game, how to refine my skills. But what I really learned was how to approach the game of life: To be a great teammate in the game of life.”
JOHN SECKLER,
SUPER SKILLS CAMP DIRECTOR
2001-2003
